Refund policy

At DARSHÉ, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care@darshe.in with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, DARSHÉ will arrange a return pick-up. Kindly ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging before handing it over to our courier partner.

We are pleased to offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 10 days, subject to stock availability. The exchanged item must meet the same return eligibility criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item received from us.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us your order number along with clear photographs of the product. Our team will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that products purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
