At DARSHÉ, every garment is made to order just for you. Because we do not hold ready stock, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. What we do offer is a size exchange, so that your garment fits you the way it was meant to.
We are pleased to offer one complimentary size exchange per order, within 10 days from the date of receiving your order. A garment in a standard size (as per our size chart) may be exchanged once for a different size of the same style. The replacement garment is made to order and will follow our standard production and dispatch timelines.
To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached. A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests. Altered, stained or worn garments cannot be exchanged.
Please note that custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange, as they are made to your exact measurements. A garment is considered custom-made if it has been produced to customer-specified measurements, or with any alteration, modification or design change from our standard offering. Products purchased during sale or promotional events are also not eligible for size exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team at care@darshe.in within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the size you require. Exchanges are processed only through our online store, as we do not have a physical retail store. Kindly ensure the garment is securely packed before handing it over to the courier. Shipping charges for a size exchange are borne by the customer.
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, or an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@darshe.in with your order number along with clear photographs of the product. Once verified, we will, at our discretion, repair the garment, remake it in the same style and size, or exchange it for a different style of equal or higher value, with any price difference payable by you. This applies to custom-made garments as well. No refunds or credit notes are issued in any case.
